Facilitation of workshops and meetings

When you need help in leading a workshop or meeting by an "outsider" who will make sure that the objectives of the meeting are achieved regardless of the circumstances.

I will make sure that the meeting follows the established plan with the active participation of all participants and ends with the development of constructive conclusions and solutions.

  • I will help to clarify the specific purpose of the meeting and present the scenario of the workshop or meeting
  • I will help select meeting participants and assign roles to them
  • I will guide the participants through the process by selecting the appropriate form of the meeting (including exercises and interactive tasks)
  • I will take care of the atmosphere encouraging active participation in the meeting
